1. Return Window

You have the right to return your order within 30 days of receiving your product, no questions asked. If you're not satisfied, we will refund your full order amount, including shipping costs.

2. Return Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
✔ The product must be in neat condition, unscratched, and undamaged.
✔ All accessories and packaging must be included.
✔ Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.
✔ Products with a self-adhesive backing cannot be returned if the protective film has been removed.

3. Return Process

If you wish to return a product, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Contact us through the Refund page
2️⃣ Fill out the return request form.
3️⃣ Pack the product securely and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation.
4️⃣ Ship the package back to us using a trackable shipping method.

Important: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refund Policy

Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will:
✔ Issue a full refund, including the original shipping cost within 14 days.
✔ Process the refund using your original payment method.

If the product is not in its original condition, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or refuse the return.

5. Exchange Policy

If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, we will:
✔ Ship a replacement product upon receiving your return.
✔ Cover the shipping cost for the new item if the original product was defective or incorrect.
✔ Ensure that exchanges are possible only if the desired product is in stock.

If the product is unavailable, you may choose a refund instead.

6. Lifetime Warranty

We stand by the quality of our products with a lifetime warranty. If your Ping product stops working or malfunctions due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it for free.

🚨 Exclusions:

  • Lost or stolen items are not covered under warranty.

  • If an investigation determines the defect is not genuine, we reserve the right to withhold replacement.
