1. Order Processing & Lead Time

✔ Orders placed before 12:00 PM (CET) are typically shipped the same day.
✔ Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
🚨 Important: While we aim for quick processing, shipping delays beyond our control may occur due to courier issues, customs clearance, or extreme weather conditions. We are not liable for such delays but will assist in tracking your shipment.
2. Delivery Methods & Estimated Shipping Times
We offer multiple shipping options based on location:

In-Hand Delivery (Amsterdam & Nearby Cities): On request, we may offer in-person delivery for orders within Amsterdam or nearby cities. Contact us for availability.
3. Shipping Fees
✔ Standard shipping fees vary based on destination and shipping method.
✔ Free shipping may be available on bulk orders or promotions.
✔ Customers can opt for insured shipping at an additional cost for extra protection.
🚨 Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong product, defective item, etc.).
4. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Ping is NOT liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Once an order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the courier, we cannot be held responsible for missing or stolen shipments.

5. Return Shipping & Liability
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless:

If an incorrect address is provided during checkout, we cannot be held responsible for delivery failures.
