✔ If your product stops working due to a factory defect, we will replace it free of charge.
✔ To claim a replacement, you must provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

🚨 Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or physical force (e.g., bent, broken, or exposed to extreme conditions).

  • Lost or stolen items (Ping is not responsible for replacing misplaced products).

  • Unauthorized modifications or tampering with the NFC chip.

2. Quality Assurance & Durability Guarantee

We rigorously test all our products before shipping to ensure they meet high durability standards. Every product undergoes:
✔ Functionality checks – Ensuring the NFC chip is fully operational.
✔ Durability testing – Water and wear resistance verification.
✔ Software verification – Ensuring smooth redirection to review platforms.

If a product arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it immediately, free of charge.

🚨 Customers must report any product defects within 14 days of receipt to be eligible for an immediate replacement.

3. Limited Warranty for Custom Products

✔ Customized NFC products (e.g., branded review cards) are covered under our lifetime functionality guarantee.
✔ However, design-related issues caused by incorrect details provided by the customer will not be eligible for free replacements.

🚨 We are not responsible for:

  • Printing errors on custom orders if the design was approved by the customer.

  • Wear and tear due to prolonged use (cosmetic damage does not affect functionality).

4. Return & Exchange Guarantee

✔ We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
✔ To qualify, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
✔ If a replacement is preferred, we will cover the shipping costs of the new item.

🚨 Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Performance Guarantee

At Ping, we are committed to helping businesses boost their online reviews effortlessly. While we guarantee that our NFC products function as designed, we cannot:
✔ Guarantee specific business results (e.g., a set number of reviews or increased revenue).
✔ Be held responsible for external factors such as customer willingness to leave a review.
✔ Guarantee compatibility with unsupported devices (older models without NFC capabilities).

🚨 Note: We provide guidance on best practices for maximizing engagement, but the final results depend on customer interaction.

6. Shipping & Handling Guarantee

✔ We guarantee that all orders are processed within 1-2 business days and delivered securely.
✔ If a package arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge if reported within 14 days.

🚨 We are NOT responsible for:

  • Lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages once handed over to the courier.

  • Delivery delays caused by shipping carriers (e.g., strikes, weather disruptions).

  • Unpaid customs duties for international orders.

📌 For lost shipments, customers must file a claim with the courier.
