For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Product refers to any NFC-based review card, tag, stand, or any other item sold by Ping.

  • Services refer to customization, analytics, technical support, and digital solutions provided by Ping.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders, purchases, and services provided by Ping.

  • By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

  • Any deviation from these Terms is only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing by Ping.

4. Products & Services

Ping specializes in NFC-powered marketing tools that help businesses collect reviews effortlessly. Our product catalog includes:
✔ NFC review cards, stands, and display units
✔ Customization and branding services
✔ Analytics and performance tracking solutions
✔ Business consultation for review optimization

🚨 Important: Product descriptions and images are provided for informational purposes. Ping is not responsible for minor variations in design, color, or material.

5. Ordering Process & Contract Formation

1️⃣ You can place an order through our website or direct inquiry.
2️⃣ Upon order placement, you will receive an email confirmation.
3️⃣ The contract becomes legally binding once we confirm shipment or accept your payment.
4️⃣ Ping reserves the right to reject or cancel orders at its discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud or payment issues.

🚨 Orders may be canceled before shipping, but once shipped, our return policy applies.

6. Pricing & Payment Terms

✔ All prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
✔ Payment methods include credit/debit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
✔ Prices are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed orders.

📌 If a payment is reversed or fraudulent activity is suspected, Ping may suspend the order and future purchases.

7. Ownership Retention

✔ All products remain property of Ping until full payment is received.
✔ If a payment dispute arises after delivery, Ping reserves the right to remotely disable NFC functionality and take legal action.

8. Shipping & Delivery

✔ Standard processing time: 1-2 business days.
✔ Estimated delivery time varies by location:

  • Netherlands: 2-5 business days

  • EU: 5-10 business days

  • International: 5-12 business days
    ✔ In-hand delivery is available in Amsterdam and nearby cities (subject to availability).

🚨 Ping is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the courier, customs, or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

9. Right of Withdrawal & Return Policy

✔ Customers may return unused items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, including shipping costs.
✔ Customized products are non-refundable unless defective.
✔ Ping covers return shipping costs for defective or incorrect items.

🚨 Customers must return items in their original condition. Failure to do so may result in a partial refund or rejection of the return.

10. Free Trial & Test Product Terms

10.1 Trial Period & Return

✔ Customers receiving test products have a 30-day trial period.
✔ After 30 days, customers must return the product if they choose not to purchase it.
✔ Return shipping is covered by Ping, and instructions will be provided.

10.2 Purchasing the Test Product

✔ Customers can buy the product at a discounted rate after the trial period.
✔ If customers purchase additional Ping products, they receive a special discount on the entire order.

10.3 Failure to Return the Test Product

🚨 If the test product is not returned after 30 days, the customer:
✔ Will be invoiced for the full retail price of the product.
✔ Agrees that Ping may remotely disable the NFC functionality of the test product.
✔ May face legal action to recover losses.

📌 By requesting a test product, customers explicitly agree to these terms.

11. Product Warranty & Guarantee Policy

✔ Ping offers a Lifetime Functionality Guarantee on all NFC products.
✔ If an item is found defective due to a manufacturing issue, Ping will replace it free of charge.

🚨 Warranty Exclusions:

  • Lost or stolen products.

  • Accidental damage caused by improper handling.

  • Unauthorized modifications or tampering with the NFC chip.

12. Limitations of Liability

✔ Ping is not liable for:

  • Business losses resulting from delayed or undelivered shipments.

  • Misuse of products outside their intended purpose.

  • Damage caused by third-party service providers (shipping, payment processors, etc.).
    ✔ Our NFC products are a marketing tool, and Ping does not guarantee specific business results, such as increased revenue or online ratings.

13. Data Protection & Privacy

✔ All customer data is processed in compliance with GDPR regulations.
✔ Personal data is used strictly for order processing, customer support, and business operations.
✔ Customers can request data deletion or correction at any time.

14. Intellectual Property Rights

✔ All content, designs, trademarks, and materials on the Ping website are owned by Ping and may not be used without permission.
✔ Customers may not resell or reproduce Ping products without explicit authorization.

✔ These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
✔ In case of disputes, customers should first contact Ping for resolution.
✔ If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled in the competent Dutch courts.
